Co-leader training (September)

The session lasts no longer than two hours and will focus on providing you with the skills, knowledge and information needed to support your leaders and jog groups. It's informal and interactive so there will be plenty of opportunity to chat to others and share your experiences.

You must be part of a Jog Derbyshire group to join.

The session will cover things like:

• Your responsibilities as a co-leader
• Ensuring the health and safety of the group
• Building a friendly, welcoming and inclusive jog group
