About the group
Derby Joggers is a fun and friendly jogging group in Derby. Join us for a steady jogging session and make new friends while you get fitter.
The routes are along decent paths and are suitable for those new to jogging. At each session we split into different ability groups and we also hold occasional Couch to 5k programmes.
In addition to our England Athletics trained run leaders we also have several volunteers who have done the Jog Derbyshire co-leader training and are qualified to support our runs. We also have fully trained first aiders and qualified mental health first aiders.
Along with this session from Pride Park we also meet on Saturdays at 8.30am at Alvaston Park and Thursdays at 6pm at Springwood Leisure Centre.

We meet at the far end of the DW Fitness carpark at Pride Park
