About the group
Ilkeston Joggers is an adult jogging group in Ilkeston where everyone is welcome.
We usually have 2-3 groups on a night with distances ranging between three and four miles for different abilities. A Couch to 5k programme runs at certain times during the year for those completely new to running.
We also host Sunday socials at the weekend as well as social events outside of running such as wine tasting evenings and talks on things like injury prevention and self-defence.
