About the group
At Jog Duffield, a jogging and running group based in Duffield, we believe jogging is the simplest, most effective way to: lose weight, get fit, de-stress and make friends.
We are a friendly, non-competitive group and everyone progresses at their own rate. All sessions are mixed ability - catering for everyone from novices to experienced runners and it doesn't matter how fast you are, nobody gets left behind.
We also like to mix things up with the odd longer session and 'field trips' to other locations.
So, what's stopping you? Come and join us! Our meeting place changes between summer and winter so please check our Facebook page for up to date information.
Where we meet
Meet in the car park at St Alkmund's Church, Duffield during the winter and the car park at Eyes Meadow in the summer.
