Overseal Running Club

Overseal Running Club is a jogging and running group based in Overseal.

Founded by a group of passionate runners, we’re a close-knit community of like-minded people, built on a foundation of mutual support, encouragement, and shared goals.

From beginners to experienced runners, we welcome all those who share a love for running and a desire to improve their physical and mental health. Many members started by completing our annual Couch to 5K programme.

We enjoy running around Overseal village and the surrounding areas. If you would like to give running a try or are already a runner who would like to meet like-minded people then give us a try.

We meet three times a week and have various social events throughout the year, including tea and cake mornings which raise money for various charities and local groups.

"We are Overseal Running Club. A club built by us from the beginning. We have faith in ourselves, and we have faith in each other. We don’t run to win. We run to test the limit of our heart and soul." This statement encapsulates the ethos of the club perfectly. We’re a community of runners who support and encourage each other to achieve our goals, not just in running but in life.

Sessions are free but annual membership to Overseal Running Club is £20 a year.
