About the group
We meet on a Tuesday evening, at 6:30pm. Our meeting point is Spondon Village Hall, Sitwell Street, Derby, DE21 7FG.
Our sessions are usually up to 40 minutes long, which include a warm up and cool down. We vary the routes we follow, and give notice via our facebook group, "Spondon Joggers" on what the session will look like for that week. We are a newly established group, so have plenty of room to grow!
