About the group
Swad Joggers is a fun, free local jogging and walking group based in Swadlincote which began with the aim of making a difference to the local community.
No experience is necessary with beginners and intermediate sessions running weekly along with a walking group.
Our regular sessions are split into 3, 4, 5 and 6 mile groups so there's something for all abilities and we also run occasional Couch to 5k programmes specifically for beginners.
We also love getting involved in other things such as parkrun takeovers and you might also spot some of our leaders helping out with Peak Running events.
